Happy Friday everyone, I hope you all get to do something super fun. Here in Sun Valley, the weather predicts snow, which I am not happy about. So I am going to pretend I am where ever this picture was taken! Have fun.....

Bouquets in Bloom
With wedding season quickly approaching, it is time to start thinking about the ever important wedding bouquet. I personally have a few opinions on bouquets that have come from years of being in the flower business. First and foremost, you should have the bouquet that you want, not the bouquet that people are telling you, you should have. This is your personal style, so go for it! Next remember that big bouquets can get very heavy to carry around and if you are a tiny girl, a big bouquet is going to take up most of the picture. So make sure your florist makes your bouquet the right size for your body type. And last don't put tulips in your bouquet. Tulips will grow 4 - 6 inches after they have been cut. So your bouquet will look really good right when it is made, but by the time you walk down the aisle, hours later, the tulips will have grown and not look good at all. So that is my little bit of advice for the day. Here are some bouquets I'm loving right now.

It's always time to shop!
Well the weather here is totally gross, it can't decided if it is raining or snowing. So what better thing to do while it's like this outside, then to shop on the internet! Recently my friend Carolyn, started working with a company, Stella & Dot, who design jewelry. They hold trunk shows as well as sell over the internets. And these guys have great stuff and it is so well priced. Here are some of the pieces I would love to get my hands on!

Please meet my favorite friend Harry....
So for all of you girls out there, you can deny it all day long, but you know you have been dreaming about your engagement ring since you first saw the movie Father of the Bride as a child. And here is a little tid-bit that I learned as a very young girl: We all know the turquoise blue box and what will be in it, but if you are a really lucky girl your fiancee will get you a ring that comes in a dark blue box. If you see that dark blue box, get excited! It means it is coming from the one and only Harry Winston, the true mecca of the best diamonds. If you ever get a chance to go into a Harry Winston store, do it, it will change your perception of not just engagement rings but jewelry in general, it is pretty amazing. Here is just a quick peak at a few engagement rings.

Buttons and Bridesmaids
How much fun is this table set by Carter & Cook Event Co.? I know that if I was hosting a friends wedding shower or birthday party, I would definitely do something along these lines. I love the bright colors and the use of buttons!

Another Amazing Photographer
In my adventures in the world of blogs, I recently came across this amazing photographer, Susan Stripling. And I'm not sure what it is about her work, but I really love it. Here is one of my favorite weddings of hers. How I wish I had this cool of a location to have weddings!

April in Belle Vue
This Thursday two of my favorite people Kirsten Shultz and Michelle from Butterfly are hosting an open house in Bellevue at their offices. Kirsten will be featuring her photography from the streets of Paris, as well as some of our weddings we have had together. And Michelle will rolling out all of her new cards and paper products. There will be champagne and treats, so come on down to Bellevue!

Happy Weekend and I'm off to the Sun!!
I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend. I am leaving the snow and headed for the sunny shores of Southern California. I might take a few days off next week, because for once, I am not taking my lap top!!! Kind of excited and a little freaked out about being away from the computer, but I think I will survive.

Yellow Boots
I love this wedding. Anytime people step outside of the box a little I will always be a big fan. And I love shorter wedding dresses!! This wedding comes from the fantastic blog Ruffled.

Yummy Chocolate
On Easter my mom gave me a little Eater present and inside the bag was a bar of chocolate, and it was super yummy chocolate. And not only that, it had really great packaging. Well since my brain never turns off when it comes to weddings, I went to the chocolate's web site, Bloomsberry & Co, and saw some of the most fun packaging ever. Not only would these be great gifts for people at weddings, but for holiday parties too! I picked out three of the bars that I thought would be great for a wedding.

Happy Weekend, and end to the flu!!
Well I am hoping this is my last day in bed and I can start acting like a human again. Because of that I am gong to give you another inspiration board, this one from Post Cards and Pretties. Since baseball season just began, I thought this one was more then appropriate.
